Role Description
We are looking for a Medical Officer for a full-time, on-site role at our Jamnagar location. The Medical Officer will be responsible for diagnosing and treating patients, providing expert medical advice, and collaborating with Consultants and other healthcare professionals. General responsibilities include conducting medical rounds, managing patient care plans, supervising medical procedures, and participating in training and educational initiatives for junior healthcare staff. The role involves ensuring exceptional patient care and maintaining compliance with hospital policies and medical standards.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Medicine and Patient Care, including diagnosis, treatment, and personalized care plans
- Experience in Surgery and related procedures, with the ability to perform and supervise clinical operations
- Capability to lead or participate in Training healthcare staff and mentoring initiatives for team members
- Collaborative experience in Working with Consultants and multidisciplinary teams effectively
- Medical degree (BHMS/BAMS) and valid medical license
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in hospital settings or familiarity with relevant healthcare practices is an advantage
