Role Description The Medical Office Receptionist is a full-time role responsible for managing the front desk and ensuring a smooth experience for clients at Laso Wellness Centre. This hybrid position is based in Pune City, with some tasks suitable for work from home as agreed with the manager. Day-to-day responsibilities include greeting clients, managing check-in and check-out processes, answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, and scheduling appointments. The role also involves maintaining patient records, coordinating with practitioners, supporting basic insurance or payment verification processes where applicable, and keeping the reception area organized. The receptionist ensures clear communication, professional service, and confidentiality at all times.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Phone Etiquette and communication skills to handle calls and client inquiries professionally.
- Candidates should possess Appointment Scheduling and calendar management skills to coordinate client visits efficiently.
- Candidates should possess Receptionist Duties experience, including front desk operations, visitor management, and record keeping.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with Medical Office procedures and Insurance Verification or payment processing where applicable.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include good organizational skills, attention to detail, basic computer proficiency (EHR or clinic software experience is a plus), ability to maintain confidentiality, and prior work in healthcare or wellness environments.
