Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Medical Laboratory Technician based in Kodinar. The selected candidate will be responsible for performing laboratory tests, analyzing samples, maintaining and operating lab equipment, and ensuring adherence to quality control protocols. The effort involves supporting healthcare providers by delivering accurate diagnostic results in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Medical Technology with a strong understanding of Laboratory Medicine
- Hands-on experience with Laboratory Equipment and performing various Laboratory Skills
- Expertise in implementing and maintaining Quality Control standards in laboratory operations
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols strictly
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology or a related field
- Relevant certifications or licensure as required by local regulatory authorities
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate in a healthcare team environment
- Prior work experience in diagnostic or clinical laboratories is preferred but not mandatory
