Job Description – Lab TechnicianLocation: SRG

Position Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Lab Technician to join our team at the SRG location. The candidate should have hands-on experience in diagnostic laboratory operations, sample collection, patient handling, and lab documentation. Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine laboratory tests and assist in diagnostic procedures
- Operate and maintain Semi Auto Analyser efficiently
- Handle sample collection with proper safety and hygiene protocols
- Ensure accurate patient registration and lab documentation
- Maintain records of test reports and laboratory inventory
- Coordinate with doctors and healthcare staff for smooth workflow
- Follow NABL/internal quality standards and infection control protocols
- Ensure timely reporting and patient support during procedures
Eligibility Criteria
- Diploma/Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT/BMLT or equivalent)
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in diagnostic laboratories or hospitals
- Mandatory paramedical registration
- Good communication and patient-handling skills
- Basic computer knowledge for patient registration and documentation
