Role Description
The Medical Field Officer role is a full-time, remote position located in Rajasthan. The individual will conduct patient care activities, assist with medical processes, and collaborate with physicians in the field. The Medical Field Officer will also be responsible for providing training to field staff and ensuring adherence to healthcare and clinical standards. Coordination with both operational and medical teams will be central to this role.
Qualifications
- Strong background in Medicine and Patient Care
- Knowledge of Surgical Procedures and experience working with Physicians
- Experience in providing Training to healthcare or field staff
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage field operations efficiently
- Understanding of healthcare compliance, protocols, and best practices
- Medical certification or relevant qualifications; prior experience in the medical field is an advantage
