Job SummaryWe are looking for a qualified and compassionate MBBS Doctor to provide primary healthcare services through our Mobile Medical Unit (MMU). The Medical Officer will deliver preventive, promotive, and curative care to underserved communities, conduct medical consultations, manage common illnesses, stabilize emergencies, and refer patients requiring advanced care. The doctor will also lead the MMU team and ensure quality healthcare delivery in accordance with established clinical protocols.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct outpatient consultations and clinical examinations.
- Diagnose and treat common acute and chronic illnesses.
- Provide first aid and emergency stabilization when required.
- Prescribe medications and ensure rational use of drugs.
- Screen patients for hypertension, diabetes, anaemia, tuberculosis, and other common conditions.
- Provide maternal, child health, immunization, and preventive healthcare services.
- Counsel patients on nutrition, hygiene, family planning, and lifestyle modifications.
- Refer complicated cases to higher healthcare facilities and maintain referral records.
- Supervise the MMU team, including nurses, pharmacists, and lab technicians.
- Maintain accurate patient records, registers, and daily/monthly reports.
- Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, infection control, and biomedical waste management.
- Participate in community health awareness activities and health camps.
Qualification- MBBS from a recognized institution.
- Valid State Medical Council/NMC registration.
