Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Medical Doctor role based in Bengaluru. The Medical Doctor will be responsible for diagnosing and treating patients, maintaining medical records, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to provide high-quality care, and staying current with medical advancements to apply evidence-based practices. Additional responsibilities include counseling patients on health management, ensuring adherence to clinical standards, and participating in quality-improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
Qualifications
- Medical knowledge and expertise in diagnosing, treating, and managing various medical conditions
- Proficiency in maintaining accurate medical records and documentation
- Strong communication and counseling skills to educate patients and discuss treatment plans effectively
- Commitment to evidence-based practices and ongoing medical education
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment
- Active medical license and relevant certifications in good standing
- Prior experience in a clinical or hospital setting is an advantage
- Fluency in relevant local languages is a plus
