Key Account Manager – Corporate Accounts | Bangalore | Full-time
Role Overview
We are hiring a high-performance Key Account Manager to drive corporate hospital partnerships and scale MITHRIL Splints across key departments.
Work directly with founders on strategy, sales execution, and market expansion.
Focus: Emergency, Orthopedics, Plastic Surgery, Neuro, Physio/PMR.
Key Responsibilities
• Onboard corporate hospitals
• Drive department-level adoption and usage
• Conduct demos, trials, and trainings
• Own revenue targets and grow accounts
• Manage relationships with doctors and hospital teams
Who You Are
• 2–4 yrs in medical device / hospital sales
• Strong network in Bangalore hospitals
• Experience in multi-department selling
• Target-driven with strong ownership
Success (3–6 Months)
• Onboard 3–5 hospitals
• Achieve multi-department adoption
• Generate consistent revenue
• Become key extension of founding team
Compensation
Fixed: ₹30K – ₹45/month
Growth Path
KAM → Senior KAM → City Lead → Regional Lead
