Medical Consultant (Remote ECG
Reporting)
Eligible Qualifications
● MD General Medicine
● MD Internal Medicine
● DNB General Medicine
● DNB Internal Medicine
● PGDCC (Post Graduate Diploma in Clinical Cardiology) or FNIC (Fellowship in
Non-Invasive Cardiology) only if equivalent to the 2-year IGNOU-affiliated program
Not Eligible
● MBBS-only candidates
● Candidates holding or pursuing DM (any super-specialty) or DNB Cardiology ●
One-year PGDCC/FNIC programs or certifications from private institutions such as
Apollo, Medvarsity, or similar institutes
● Candidates with Critical Care Medicine or Emergency Medicine qualifications
● Candidates with more than 15 years of post-MBBS clinical experience
Role Overview
● Remote ECG reporting through the Tricog web portal.
● Reporting is performed exclusively using a Tricog-provided laptop, which will be issued
upon successful completion of the mandatory 6–8 week training program
. ● The role involves ECG reporting only. There are no direct patient consultations or
prescription responsibilities.
● Doctors are expected to report approximately 70 ECGs per hour, maintaining
uninterrupted focus throughout the assigned reporting shift.
Work Schedule
Shift Structure
Option 1 – Continuous 4-Hour Fixed Shift (Preferred)
● 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
● 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Option 2 – Split Duty (2 + 2 Hours) – Limited Requirement
● Prime-Time Shift (Mandatory): Choose one
○ 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
○ 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM
● Additional 2-Hour Shift: 4:00 AM – 6:00 AM
Important: We require only 2 doctors for the split-duty arrangement. The majority of the
requirement is for continuous, fixed 4-hour shifts. Therefore, we cannot offer split-duty
arrangements beyond these 2 positions.
Weekly Schedule
● 6-day work week with one rotational weekly off.
● Alternate Sundays are accommodated wherever operationally feasible; however,
candidates should be comfortable working at least two Sundays each month. ●
Candidates must also be willing to support one or two additional 4-hour evening/night
reporting shifts per week based on operational requirements. Preferred availability may be
shared, but participation in these rotational duties is mandatory.
Interview & Training Process
● Three rounds of interviews conducted via Google Meet.
● Selected candidates undergo a structured 6–8 week online training program
(approximately 1–2 hours per day).
● Upon successful completion of the training, candidates will receive the final offer,
onboarding formalities, and the Tricog laptop.
Mandatory Candidate Requirements
Candidates should:
● Have 5–20 years of post-MBBS clinical experience, more than 20 years not
considered..
● Be available for a dedicated 4-hour reporting shift with no overlapping OPD, IPD,
consultation, teleconsultation, private practice, or any other professional
commitments during Tricog reporting hours.
● Be willing to make a minimum two-year commitment.
● Have no plans within the next two years to:
○ Pursue any super-specialty program.
○ Relocate abroad.
○ Start a private clinic during Tricog committed hours.
○ Take up any commitment that may impact continuity in this role.
● Be comfortable working weekends and rotational evening/night reporting shifts.
Responsibilities:
● Identify and report ECGs accurately and promptly within the TAT and
extend support by guiding the Doctors/ Customers.
● Review the patient's ECG and send the reports to hospitals/ clinics/
diagnostic centers/ nursing homes around the clock without delay to save
critical patients.
● Ensure support to healthcare professionals over the phone to report critical/
emergency cases detected.
● Review the necessary information to determine the readiness of patients’
reports.
● Ensure a detailed approach, accuracy, and timely completion of the
diagnosis of ECG data.

Position: Part-time (4-hour continuous fixed shift from 10 AM to 3 PM, with
1 rotational off per week)[ 10:00 AM–2:00 PM, or 11:00 AM–3:00 PM]
