Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose neurological conditions such as stroke, epilepsy, migraine, Parkinsons disease, and neuropathies
- Conduct neurological examinations and interpret diagnostic tests (EEG, MRI, CT scan)
- Develop and manage treatment plans (medications, therapy, lifestyle guidance)
- Provide emergency care for acute neurological conditions (e.g., stroke management)
- Collaborate with neurosurgeons, physiotherapists, and rehabilitation teams
- Maintain patient records and ensure continuity of care
- Educate patients and families on disease management and prevention
- Diagnose and treat GI disorders like ulcers, IBS, hepatitis, liver diseases, and pancreatitis
- Perform procedures such as endoscopy and colonoscopy
- Interpret lab tests, imaging, and biopsy reports
- Manage chronic digestive conditions and provide long-term care
- Prescribe medications and recommend dietary/lifestyle changes
- Coordinate with surgeons for cases requiring surgical intervention
- Monitor patient progress and prevent complications
