Job Description
IIM SKILLS is looking for an experienced Medical Coding Trainer to conduct live online training sessions for our Medical Coding program.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver live online training sessions.
- Teach Medical Coding, ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS Level II, Medical Terminology, Anatomy, and Physiology.
- Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and guide learners throughout the course.
- Prepare training materials, assignments, and assessments.
- Evaluate learners' performance and provide feedback.
- Ensure timely completion of the course curriculum.
Eligibility
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Medical Coding.
- Prior training experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS Level II, Medical Terminology, Anatomy & Physiology.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- CPC, CCS, CCA, or any relevant Medical Coding certification will be an added advantage.
