Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Pune Division. Qualifications
- A solid foundation in Medical Coding and Coding Experience
- Knowledge of Medical Terminology and Health Information Management
- RHIT certification or equivalent qualification
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to mentor and motivate trainees effectively
- Previous training or teaching experience in medical coding is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
