We are hiring experienced and performance-driven professionals for the role of Billing Team Lead (TL) to join our growing Medical Billing Operations team.
If you have strong expertise in medical billing, claim rejection handling, denial management, and team leadership, this is an excellent opportunity to lead a dynamic team and grow your career.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Lead and manage a team of 10+ billing associates/executives
✔ Monitor daily productivity, quality, and performance metrics
✔ Handle claim rejections, denials, and ensure timely resolutions
✔ Provide process guidance, coaching, and operational support to team members
✔ Conduct performance reviews and regular feedback sessions
✔ Ensure compliance with billing guidelines and client requirements
✔ Analyze operational reports and identify process improvement opportunities
✔ Coordinate with internal teams to resolve escalations efficiently
✔ Train and mentor team members to improve productivity and accuracy
Required Skills & Experience
✅ Minimum 4+ years of experience in Medical Billing
✅ Strong experience in Claim Rejections & Denial Management
✅ Prior experience managing teams of 10+ members
✅ Strong understanding of billing workflows and operational processes
✅ Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills
✅ Ability to manage targets, timelines, and team performance effectively
Preferred
⭐ Prior experience as a Team Lead will be an added advantage
