Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Medical Biller. The Medical Biller will be responsible for accurately processing claims, verifying insurance eligibility, performing charge entries, managing denials, following up with insurance companies, and addressing billing discrepancies. The role requires meticulous attention to detail, knowledge of medical terminology, and compliance with healthcare billing regulations.

Experience: 2 to 4 Years

Key Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
• Hands-on experience in DME (Durable Medical Equipment) billing
• Ability to verify Eligibility & Benefits through insurance websites and outbound calls
• Good understanding of Prior Authorization processes and ability to initiate requests

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate medical billing for DME services
• Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits
• Handle prior authorization requests and follow-ups
• Coordinate with insurance companies for claim status and issue resolution
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with billing guidelines
