We’re Hiring: Senior Revenue Cycle Lead (US Medical Billing)
Multicorz Healthcare is building its US Healthcare Services division, covering Medical Billing, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), and Credentialing, and is looking to onboard a Senior Revenue Cycle Lead to drive revenue operations for US healthcare providers.
This role requires strong ownership of Accounts Receivable, denial management, and collections, with a direct impact on revenue performance.
Role Overview
- Own end-to-end Revenue Cycle performance for assigned clients
- Drive collections efficiency, reduce AR aging, and control denials
- Act as the primary owner of revenue outcomes and process execution
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Accounts Receivable across all aging buckets (0–30 / 30–60 / 60–90 / 90+)
- Lead denial analysis, appeals, and resolution workflows
- Handle payer escalations (Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial)
- Oversee patient billing and collections processes
- Track and improve KPIs: FPR, Denial Rate, Net Collection Rate
- Coordinate with coding, claims, and credentialing teams for seamless operations
- Prepare weekly/monthly client reports and performance dashboards
- Develop and optimize SOPs and scalable operational workflows
Candidate Profile
- 5–7+ years of experience in US Medical Billing / RCM
- Strong expertise in AR and Denial Management
- Good understanding of credentialing workflows and their impact on billing
- Experience working with Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial payers
- Hands-on experience with billing software and clearinghouses
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to take ownership and drive measurable revenue outcomes
- Prior experience in a lead or team handling role preferred
