About the Role
Greenhive Billing Solutions is hiring a Medical Biller – Process Associate with hands-on experience in the US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) process.
We are looking for candidates who understand medical billing workflows, can communicate confidently in English, and are comfortable working in a US night shift environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle day-to-day US medical billing activities
• Review and process claims accurately
• Work on claim submission, payment posting, denials, and follow-ups as required
• Review patient, insurance, and billing information for accuracy
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing issues
• Maintain proper documentation and follow process guidelines
• Meet productivity, quality, and turnaround-time requirements
Requirements
• 1–2 years of experience in US Healthcare RCM / Medical Billing
• Good understanding of the medical billing process
• Prior experience working with US healthcare accounts
• Good written and verbal English communication skills
• Basic knowledge of insurance claims, payers, denials, and billing workflows
• Comfortable working from our Vijay Nagar, Indore office
• Comfortable working the night shift from 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST
