🏥 We’re Hiring: TPA Medical Advisor
We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to strengthen our TPA/Insurance desk and improve approval rates.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Case review before submission to avoid errors and delays
- Provide clear clinical justification in proper insurance wording
- Handle difficult queries, escalations, and denial cases
- Work closely with TPA team to reduce rejection % and improve TAT
🔹 Ideal Profile:
- Experience in hospital TPA / insurance / medical documentation
- Good understanding of clinical terminology and case handling
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving skills
