Operations Assistant Manager

Managing cross-functional projects, planning, organizing, and executing complex projects across multiple categories and stakeholders to enable the launch of new projects and processes Adopt a structured approach to identify what problems need to be solved and break them down into smaller chunks. Prioritize what problems need to be solved now vs. later. Define category metrics and track them continuously. Identify patterns and come up with action plans to move metrics in the right direction. Work closely with senior leaders for a deep understanding of our business and ways of working. Work with a multitude of teams ranging from product, design, data, technology, marketing, customer care, finance to drive new initiatives. Define objective and key results to measure impact of new products. Must be able to develop clear thinking and business rationale for driving operational excellence in execution. Demonstrate the ability to succeed at management, planning and forecasting, defining and implementing strategies, and exhibit impact.
