Digital platforms and engineering services will be a critical enabler for future health and insurance experiences we deliver to our customers. The current Digital platforms have strong capabilities but for us to win in the context of 2030 vision, our digital assets will need to be reimagined and further evolved that is scalable, increases agility and accelerate solution delivery with improved security posture. 

Are you a seasoned Digital Business Analyst adept at navigating complex, fast-paced environments? We're seeking a proactive and experienced professional to join one of our digital squads, focusing on one of our key customer portfolios. This is an initial 6- month contract with a day rate of $800-$900 incl Super. 
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement digital strategies that enhance customer engagement.
• Analyse business processes and data to recommend innovative solutions.
• Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment on project goals.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and interviews to elicit requirements and gather information from various stakeholders.
• Document requirements using Use Cases and User Stories and manage them using tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Map processes and user journey flows to support system and business change initiatives.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Digital Business Analyst in agile environments, particularly within mid-to-large organizations managing multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand and document complex business problems.
• Experience working on business change, systems applications, and infrastructure-related projects.
• Familiarity with technical platforms such as SAP CRM and Adobe products like AEM, Target, and Analytics is advantageous.
• Proficiency in using MS Office tools, including Excel, for data analysis and documentation.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Desirable Attributes:

• Experience in industries such as health or insurance, or sectors with a strong digital presence, is a plus.
• Ability to navigate environments with legacy systems and limited documentation, demonstrating resourcefulness and initiative.
• A proactive approach to stakeholder engagement, ensuring expectations are met and exceeded.
• Capacity to bring order to complex scenarios, simplifying challenges to develop clear, actionable solutions.
