Acting as a key member of the leadership team, you will craft and execute dynamic strategies that elevate our brand, drive demand, and enhance customer engagement and retention.What's In It for YouCareer Advancement: Accelerate your career as a strategic marketing leader, with exposure to high-impact decision-making and execution.Leadership Opportunity: Shape and lead a high-performing marketing team, setting the foundation for long-term growth and success.Strategic Impact: Be a driving force in the company's growth story by taking ownership of critical marketing functions.Visibility & Recognition: Your contributions will be recognized across the organization, opening up further leadership opportunities.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Positioning and Messaging: Develop compelling product narratives in collaboration with the Product Team to highlight our unique value proposition and stand out in the market.Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on buyer personas, market trends, and competitive dynamics to inform marketing and product strategies.Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategies: Create and execute impactful GTM strategies for new product launches and updates, ensuring optimal product adoption and market penetration.Sales Enablement: Equip the sales team with the content, tools, and resources needed to close deals effectively.Data-Driven Insights: Use analytics to refine marketing strategies, align with revenue goals, and provide actionable insights to the product team for new features or improvements.Content Leadership: Drive the creation of targeted messaging across multiple platforms to ensure consistent and effective communication with stakeholders.Customer Advocacy: Design and implement customer marketing programs to build loyalty, increase retention, and foster advocacy.Key CompetenciesDemonstrated success in B2B SaaS product marketing roles.Expertise in branding, social media, and community engagement.Proven ability to develop and execute GTM strategies that drive results.Experience orchestrating impactful events (virtual and in-person).Strong capability in demand generation, lead generation, and customer retention strategies.Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decision-making and strategy refinement.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.3-5 years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing.Proficiency in crafting and implementing marketing plans and GTM strategies.Experience with ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) and ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies is highly preferred.Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
