About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled DigitalRoute Mediation Zone (MZ) Developer to join our team. In this role, you will design, develop, and optimize mediation workflows and transformations while collaborating closely with Billing, CRM, and downstream teams to deliver scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop mediation workflows and transformations in DigitalRoute Mediation Zone (MZ)
- Analyze business requirements and convert them into scalable MZ solutions
- Collaborate with Billing, CRM, and downstream teams for seamless integrations
- Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, and optimization of mediation jobs
- Support production deployments and provide L3 support when required
Must-Have Skills:
- Hands-on experience in DigitalRoute Mediation Zone (MZ) development
- Strong knowledge of SQL and Unix/Linux environments
- Understanding of Telecom Billing and Telecom BSS processes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
Good-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with any Billing system
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (CI/CD, version control, etc.)
