Job Description
1.Develop, communicate and drive adoption of the launch analytics program and vision on organization talent & culture operation.
2.Reporting & Analytics: Define and accept end-to-end reporting requirements, analytics and effectiveness within each analytics program;
3.Support implementation and management of technology solutions and tools to support program/organization managers evolving needs
4.Work location : Taipei / HsinChu
