Position Summary: We are seeking a senior operator to lead National business development, develop
regional client relationships, and manage a portfolio of high-value national agency relationships.
This is a hybrid leadership role designed to drive cross-market performance, unlock enterprise revenue, and improve cash flow through disciplined account management and executive-level client engagement.
You will play a critical role in aligning revenue generation with financial performance, ensuring both top-line growth and cash realization.
What You Will Own:
- Full accountability for market revenue performance and execution
- Lead, coach, and elevate local sales leadership and teams
- Implement disciplined operating rhythms and growth strategies
- Own relationships with key agency groups and high-value advertisers
- Structure and close multi-market, enterprise-level partnerships
- Serve as a senior escalation point for complex client situations
- Cash Flow & Collections - Direct oversight of collections across top agency accounts
- Leverage executive relationships to accelerate cash flow and reduce aging
- Revenue & Business Expansion - Identify and activate new revenue streams across markets
- Drive cross-market collaboration (Houston, Dallas, New York, LA)
- Support development of scalable national sales infrastructure
