Senior Machine Learning Engineer

In-office: 5 days/ week Responsibilities: Design advanced Machine Learning algorithms and conduct statistical analyses using large-scale datasets for purposes such as ad targeting, bidding optimization, and audience segmentation. Enhance system performance and accuracy through rigorous data analysis across marketing, transactional, and engineering datasets. Engage with leadership and various departments to align Machine Learning projects with organizational goals. Collaborate closely with software development teams to integrate new systems smoothly into existing platforms and workflows. Provide expertise in Machine Learning and data science, guiding internal teams and external clients. Explore new technologies and methodologies to advance our capabilities and maintain technological leadership. Lead initiatives from conception through execution, ensuring projects adhere to timelines and quality standards. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team. Qualifications: THIS POSITION REQUIRES A MASTER'S DEGREE (OR FOREIGN EQUIVALENT) IN APPLIED ANALYTICS OR A CLOSELY RELATED FIELD PLUS 2 YEARS OF WORK EXPERIENCE AS A DATA SCIENTIST/ENGINEER, DATA ENGINEER/SCIENTIST, OR A RELATED OCCUPATION. Experience with Machine Learning projects implementation from conception to deployment using Machine Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn and deep learning) UI design, web optimization and Machine Learning model integration using Perl, HTML, CSS, JavaScript (as Data Scientist/Engineer, Data Engineer/Scientist, or a related occupation in the digital advertising field). Strong knowledge of Machine Learning algorithms (reinforcement learning, ensemble methods and clustering), programming language (Python, SQL, Perl), natural language processing. Strong knowledge may be gained through educational coursework, training, or experience.
