Job Summary:
We are looking Media & Platform Operations Specialist who support IT&D platform management and BAU operations for media and retail platforms by executing standardized service activities and ensuring accuracy, consistency, and stability of platform configurations.
Key responsibilities:
- Support handling of recurring IT&D service activities related to platform access, account setup, and basic configurations
- Overall 5+ years of experience with relevant 3+ years
- Execute operational tasks across key ecosystems:
- Google Marketing Platform (DV360, CM360, SA360)
- Amazon DSP & Amazon Marketing Cloud
- Meta for Business.
- Ensure correctness of user permissions, account structures, and platform connections.
- Support maintenance and consistency of platform setups across markets and teams.
- Perform quality checks, follow defined governance, and process standards.
- Maintain documentation and tracking of activities within IT&D tools.
- Collaborate with IT&D Product Manager and team to ensure timely and accurate delivery for internal Clients and other stakeholders.
- IT-oriented background (systems, access management, operations, engineering support) with basic understanding of digital media buying and campaign structures.
- Strong attention to detail and process-driven mindset.
- Ability to quickly learn platform configuration and workflows.
- Exposure to media / retail platforms (GMP – DV360, SA360, CM360, Amazon DSP, Amazon Marketing Cloud, Meta for Business; Pacvue as a plus).
Specialization split:
To ensure full platform and ecosystem coverage:
- 1 × GMP / Media Platforms Specialist
- Strong familiarity with DV360, CM360, SA360, Meta for Business;
- Understanding of campaign setup logic, trafficking, and tracking;
- 1 × Amazon / Retail Media Specialist
- Strong experience with Amazon DSP & Amazon Marketing Cloud;
- Understanding of retail media ecosystem, audience logic, and data flows.
- Ideally exposure to Pacvue.
Mandatory skills:
IT-oriented background (systems, access management, operations, engineering support) with basic understanding of digital media buying and campaign structures.
Desired skills:
GMP – DV360, SA360, CM360, Amazon DSP, Amazon Marketing Cloud, Meta for Business; Pacvue
Domain (Industry) - CPG is a plus
