We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Media Sales Manager to lead sponsorship, exhibition, and delegate sales for our conferences, expos, and media platforms. The candidate will be responsible for generating revenue through brand partnerships, sponsorship packages, exhibition booth sales, and media collaborations across our events and media properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sponsorship, exhibition booth, and partnership sales for conferences and exhibitions.
- Identify and approach corporates, startups, technology companies, and brands for event partnerships.
- Develop and manage sales pipelines, proposals, and negotiations with potential clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets for conferences and exhibitions.
- Build long-term relationships with CMOs, marketing heads, founders, and corporate decision-makers.
- Coordinate with the marketing and event teams to ensure successful partner integration and brand visibility.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking platforms.
- Maintain a strong database of potential sponsors, exhibitors, and partners.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Media, or related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in media sales, event sponsorship sales, conference sales, or exhibition sales.
- Strong network with corporate marketing teams, brands, startups, and technology companies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to close high-value sponsorship and partnership deals.
- Self-motivated with a strong target-driven mindset.
- Experience in conference sponsorship sales, exhibition booth sales, or B2B media sales.
- Exposure to technology, startup ecosystem, or innovation events.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
