Role Description
This full-time, on-site Media Sales Manager role is based in Mumbai. The Media Sales Manager will oversee generating new business through media sales, managing client relationships, and crafting bespoke solutions to meet partner needs. Responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, fostering client engagements, identifying and pursuing leads, and maintaining clear communication with key stakeholders to build long-lasting partnerships. The candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring revenue growth and strengthening BXI’s presence in the marketplace.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Media Sales and Sales strategy implementation
- Strong skills in Account Management to build and maintain client relationships
- Effective Communication skills to present ideas and negotiate contracts
- Experience in Lead Generation to identify and develop new business opportunities
- High level of motivation and results-driven attitude
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Previous experience in media or advertising sales is a strong advantage
