Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Media Sales and Activation Specialist role based in Kolkata. The specialist will prospect and develop new business opportunities, pitch media solutions, and manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing. They will coordinate the planning and execution of media campaigns, ensuring accurate implementation, on-time delivery, and alignment with client objectives. The role includes maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, providing regular updates, and addressing queries or concerns promptly. The specialist will also collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals, track campaign performance, and support reporting and follow-up activities.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Media Sales and Sales, with a proven ability to identify opportunities, pitch solutions, and achieve targets.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, handle client interactions professionally, and manage expectations.
- Knowledge of New Media and digital platforms, with the ability to understand and promote integrated media solutions.
- Ability to work on-site in Kolkata, manage multiple accounts, and coordinate campaign activations with attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and basic analytical skills to support campaign planning and performance reviews.
- Comfort using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and presentation software for tracking, reporting, and client communication.
