Shift Timings- 3:00PM-12:00AM IST

Role Summary

The Sarder TV Program Manager owns the entire lifecycle of the Sarder TV ecosystem — from speaker selection and interview orchestration to content activation, relationship management, and business impact.

This role is the single point of accountability ensuring Sarder TV is not just producing interviews, but building long‑term speaker relationships, brand authority, and measurable outcomes.

Core Mission

Turn Sarder TV from a content initiative into a scalable, relationship‑driven leadership platform with:

High‑credibility speakers

Consistent, high‑quality content

Clear post‑interview “next steps”

Strong brand, advisory, and ecosystem impact

Key Responsibilities

1. Speaker Strategy & Pipeline Ownership

Own the speaker selection framework (who, why, and business relevance)

Maintain and grow the speaker pipeline (PR agencies, LinkedIn, referrals)

Ensure quality over volume — credibility, influence, alignment

Track speaker status end‑to‑end (pipeline → interviewed → activated)

2. Interview Program Management

Own the Speaker Interview Framework

Brief journalists/interviewers using the 1‑page interviewer playbook

Ensure every interview delivers:

Credibility

Thought leadership

AI/future readiness signals

Brand alignment

Maintain interview quality and consistency across journalists

3. Speaker Relationship Management (Critical)

Treat speakers as long‑term partners, not one‑time guests

Design and execute:

Thank‑you process (notes, gifts, follow‑ups)

Quarterly touchpoints (minimum 4/year per key speaker)

Segment speakers into Tier 1 / Tier 2 / Tier 3

Identify candidates for:

Advisory Board

Webinars

Panels

Ecosystem roles

4. Post‑Interview Activation Engine

Ensure every interview has a clear next step:

Advisory Board consideration

Book‑based webinar

Cross‑brand collaboration

Coordinate with marketing for:

Content repurposing

Learning bytes

Social amplification

Ensure speaker bios are accurate, current, and authoritative

5. Content, Website & CRM Coordination

Partner with tech and marketing teams on:

Website roadmap and speaker pages

AI‑driven content prioritization & recommendations

Own speaker data quality in CRM (Dynamics or equivalent)

Ensure metadata, tagging, and speaker profiles are maintained

6. Reporting, Roadmaps & Executive Updates

Maintain:

Website roadmap

Speaker pipeline dashboard

Interview & activation metrics

Provide weekly executive updates:

Speakers interviewed (week / MTD)

Speakers in pipeline

Activation status & next steps

Highlight risks, gaps, and recommendations proactively

Interviews lead to ongoing speaker relationships

Speakers actively promote Sarder TV

Advisory Board formed and engaged

Webinars and collaborations launched from interviews

Sarder TV positioned as a trusted leadership platform, not a media channel

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience

8+ years in program management, media programs, leadership platforms, or executive communities

Experience managing high‑profile stakeholders (CXOs, authors, academics, industry leaders)

Strong coordination across content, marketing, tech, and leadership teams

Skills & Traits (Non‑Negotiable)

Extremely detail‑oriented (bios, titles, positioning matter)

Strong relationship builder — credible, confident, polished
