Wrap2Earn Technologies Pvt Ltd is a 7-year-old Out-Of-Home advertising agency specializing in cab branding through its brand Wrap2Earn. Over the years, it has executed over 400 campaigns for 300+ clients across 42 cities in India.
In early 2021, we launched LytAds, installing digital taxi screens in Mumbai to provide real-time, location-based ad services. Since its November 2021 launch, LytAds has executed 100+ campaigns.
Recently, Wrap2Earn introduced BuzzOmni, expanding our advertisement offering to everything media. Alongside this, we have also ventured into Uber Shuttle media ownership, further strengthening our leadership in the transit media space.
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced OOH Media Planning & Buying professional who will drive strategic media planning, vendor negotiations, operational excellence, and commercial optimization across campaigns.
The ideal candidate should bring strong experience in OOH and integrated media, possess excellent vendor networks, and have the ability to structure cost-effective, high-impact media plans while ensuring seamless execution.
Roles & Responsibility:
● Strategic Media Planning: Have extensive city landscape understanding of major cities, proficient in developing comprehensive and cost-effective media plans aligned with client objectives, budgets, and timelines across OOH and integrated media platforms.
● Timely Plan Delivery: Ensure quick turnaround of media plans and quotations within defined SLAs while maintaining pricing competitiveness.
● Vendor Relationship Management: knowledge of all important media vendors, their inventory & able to build, strengthen, and manage relationships with OOH and non-OOH vendors across geographies to ensure better commercial terms and service quality.
● Commercial Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, credit terms, value additions, and discounts to optimize campaign profitability and improve win rates.
● Vendor Onboarding & Expansion: Identify and onboard new vendors and innovative advertising formats across key markets.
● Operational Streamlining: Define and implement standardized vendor/project execution processes to ensure smooth campaign rollouts and proper documentation.
● Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with acquisition, sales, and operations teams to ensure execution readiness and zero delays.
● Innovation in Media Buying: Proactively recommend new advertising mediums beyond traditional OOH and contribute innovative ideas to strengthen BuzzOmni offerings.
● Knowledge Sharing: Conduct internal training/educational sessions to update teams on new formats, pricing trends, and vendor capabilities.
● Support Strategic Initiatives: Contribute to BuzzOmniAI and other strategic initiatives by aligning vendor ecosystems and improving data readiness.
Requirements:
● 5–10 years of experience in Media Planning & Buying (OOH experience preferred)
● Strong vendor network across key cities
● Excellent negotiation and commercial acumen
● Deep understanding of traditional and digital advertising mediums
● Strong analytical skills and costing expertise
● Ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines
● Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
● Process-driven and execution-focused mindset
