Shopping Analyst

We are looking for a passionate online shopper who is experienced in browsing and purchasing products from e-commerce retailers. The analyst's responsibilities include testing product features, evaluating user experience when shopping online and providing qualitative and quantitative insights to improve online shopper's experience. Key Responsibilities: - Research on apt messaging for various verticals and brands within a region/market - Evaluate key features that will enhance the experience of an online shopper - Deliver qualitative and quantitative insights about product features - Understand current product taxonomy and categorize products by catalogs/categories - Identify and evaluate online product attributes like pricing, availability, etc., and provide insights - Understand a shopper's perspective and provide attribute-level inputs to improve their online shopping experience Required Proficiencies: - Passionate about e-commerce and online shopping - Strong analytical and communication skills - Attention to detail and effective multi-tasking in a deadline-driven environment - Understanding the features of Shopping listings is a plus Required Qualifications: - 1+ years of experience, preferably in an e-commerce environment - Bachelors in computer science, communications, or English literature - Recently purchased products online and is a regular online shopper - Highly Proficient in MS Excel and large data handling
