We are looking for a high-performing Brand Pitching & Sales Manager who understands the business of creativity and knows how to convert ideas into revenue. If you come from a creative agency or production studio and have successfully sold storytelling-led solutions to brands, this role is for you.

You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strategic brand partnerships, and positioning the agency as a preferred creative partner for leading brands across India.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Proactively identify, target, and acquire mid-to-large brands across sectors including Retail, FMCG, Hospitality, Pharma, DTC, Technology, Lifestyle, Entertainment, and Wellness.
  • Build and manage strong relationships with senior stakeholders such as CMOs, Marketing Heads, Brand Managers, and Creative Directors.
  • Lead compelling pitches for services including motion design, animation, video production, branded content, graphic design, and integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle — prospecting, discovery calls, needs assessment, solution building, pricing, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Work closely with creative, strategy, and production teams to develop customized proposals and impactful pitch decks.
  • Drive outbound business development through LinkedIn, email outreach, industry networking, referrals, and partnerships.
  • Represent the agency at industry forums, networking events, and client meetings.
  • Track pipeline performance, revenue forecasts, and conversion metrics to ensure consistent growth.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue.



Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in sales, brand partnerships, or business development within a creative agency or production environment.
  • Demonstrated success in selling creative, advertising, marketing, or production services.
  • Strong understanding of content marketing, motion graphics, digital campaigns, and design-driven solutions.
  • Confident presenter with the ability to influence senior decision-makers.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a strategic approach to deal-making.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working with revenue KPIs.
  • Established network within marketing and brand ecosystems is a strong advantage.
