Roles & Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
- Manage campaign budgets to maximize ROAS, conversions, and revenue.
- Create campaign structures for prospecting, retargeting, and scaling.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on key metrics such as CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, and Conversion Rate.
- Work closely with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives and copies.
- Analyze campaign data using Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Set up and troubleshoot Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), and Google Conversion Tracking.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in digital advertising.
Requirements
- 1–4 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
- Must have experience working with D2C/E-commerce brands.
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Experience with Pixel, CAPI, GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking.
- Understanding of customer acquisition, retention, funnels, and attribution.
- Ability to analyze data and make optimization decisions.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Experience managing monthly ad budgets is an added advantage.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Shopify stores.
- Understanding of product launches and scaling strategies.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms like Klaviyo is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization).
