Job Summary
We are seeking an analytical, strategic, and results-driven Media Buyer to oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of our advertising campaigns across paid digital channels. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming our marketing budgets into measurable growth, business leads, or sales.
The ideal candidate knows how to navigate ad platforms, manage budgets efficiently, analyze performance data, and continuously test creative assets to improve campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities1. Campaign Setup & Launch
- Plan, build, and deploy paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital networks (such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, or programmatic platforms).
- Define and set up precise audience targeting, demographic parameters, and retargeting funnels based on campaign goals.
- Ensure all tracking links, pixels, and conversion events are correctly configured before launching campaigns.
2. Budget & Bid Management
- Manage and allocate daily, weekly, and monthly advertising budgets across campaigns to prevent overspending and ensure maximum resource utilization.
- Monitor and adjust bidding strategies (such as manual bidding, target CPA, or automated bidding models) to maintain a healthy cost-per-acquisition.
3. Continuous Optimization & Testing
- Analyze daily performance metrics (such as CTR, CPC, CPM, and ROAS) to identify what is working and what needs adjustment.
- Run continuous A/B tests on ad creatives, copy angles, headings, and landing page setups to scale performance.
- Quickly spot underperforming ad groups or creatives and replace or pivot them to minimize wasted ad spend.
4. Reporting & Performance Analysis
- Maintain clean performance dashboards to track the performance and financial return of all active campaigns.
- Translate raw dashboard numbers into clear, actionable insights and performance overviews for team leads or clients.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience running media buying campaigns with a track record of efficiently managing ad spend.
- Platform Knowledge: Solid familiarity with major advertising dashboards (such as Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Manager, or similar networks).
- Data Fluency: Strong proficiency in spreadsheet tools (Excel or Google Sheets) to sort, clean, and analyze campaign data.
- Analytical Mindset: Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to spot trends, anomalies, and performance drops quickly.
- Collaboration: Ability to work closely with graphic designers and content writers to communicate what visual assets and copy lines are needed for upcoming tests.
