About the Role

We are an international gaming marketing agency expanding aggressively across the EU and GCC markets. We are looking for a Media Buyer for Meta Ads with a solid foundation in the platform who wants to grow in high-scale, performance-driven environments.
This role is ideal for someone with 2+ years of hands-on Meta Ads experience and an eagerness to learn advanced acquisition, creative testing, and scaling strategies in regulated and competitive verticals.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, launching, and optimizing Meta ad campaigns
- Support user acquisition and conversion-focused campaigns
- Monitor CPA, CTR, conversion rates, and basic retention metrics
- Execute creative tests across multiple formats (image, video, UGC-style)
- Coordinate with designers and video editors for new creatives
- Identify early signs of creative fatigue
- Track daily performance and report key metrics
Required Experience
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads.
- Experience running conversion-based campaigns (leads, sales, app events, etc.).
- Understanding of: Meta Ads Manager, Campaign structure & optimization, Creative testing fundamentals.
- Strong analytical mindset and eagerness to learn.
Good to Have
- Experience in restricted or competitive verticals (Gaming, nutra, crypto, dating, etc.)
- Familiarity with the EU or GCC market
