About the Role
We are looking for a performance-driven Media Buyer with hands-on experience in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Email Marketing. The ideal candidate should be data-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing campaigns across multiple traffic channels while maximizing ROI and lead quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram).
- Manage budgets and bidding strategies to achieve performance targets.
- Conduct audience research, targeting, and segmentation.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports with actionable insights.
- Create and test ad creatives, copy, landing pages, and funnels.
- Manage email marketing campaigns including newsletters, promotional campaigns, and automated sequences.
- Work with tracking platforms, analytics tools, and attribution systems to measure campaign performance.
- Identify opportunities to scale profitable campaigns and improve conversion rates.
- Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in media buying and digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube).
- Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager.
- Experience with email marketing platforms such as Brevo, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, or similar.
- Understanding of conversion tracking, Google Analytics, GTM, pixels, and attribution.
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets simultaneously.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in affiliate marketing, lead generation, or performance marketing.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
- Experience with A/B testing and funnel optimization.
