About the role:
We're looking for a sharp, data-driven Media Buyer to join the ZillionData Marketing team. You'll own end-to-end campaign execution across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — including full tracking setup and attribution — working directly on performance-focused accounts. If you love building campaigns, decoding data, and constantly optimizing — this is for you.
What you'll do:
- Launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads (Search, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram)
- Monitor daily campaign performance — toggle campaigns/ad sets/ads on and off based on KPIs
- Analyze metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPA) and make data-backed decisions to improve performance
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies
- Set up and manage audiences — custom, lookalike, retargeting
- Manage budgets efficiently across multiple campaigns and ad accounts
- Set up and maintain Meta Pixel, Conversions API (CAPI)
- Build and manage UTM tracking structures across all campaigns for accurate attribution
- Create regular performance reports with actionable insights
- Stay updated with platform policy changes, new features, and algorithm updates
- Coordinate with the creative team to brief and iterate on ad creatives
What we're looking for:
- 2 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
- Solid understanding of performance metrics and how to move them
- Experience with Meta Business Manager, Google Ads Manager,
- Comfortable with campaign structures — campaigns, ad sets, ads, audiences, placements
- Hands-on experience with Meta Pixel and UTM parameters
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
- Bonus: Familiarity with third-party tracking tools (Utmify, ClickMagick etc.)
Salary:
₹30,000 – ₹40,000 / month
₹3 – 4.8 LPA · Based on experience · Remote
