Are you obsessed with ROAS, CTRs, and scrolling through Ad Libraries?
At Xscale Media, we don’t do "fluff" marketing. We build high-converting funnels and run performance campaigns that generate real revenue for our clients. We are looking for a Media Buyer Intern who is hungry to move beyond theory and start managing real ad spend.
This is NOT a coffee-fetching internship. You will be in the trenches, learning how to scale campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Google.
What You’ll Do (The Mission):
- Campaign Setup: Assist in launching and managing campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads.
- Optimization: Monitor daily ad performance and kill underperforming ads while scaling the winners.
- Funnel Analysis: Work with our team to analyze landing page stats and suggest improvements to increase conversion rates.
- Creative Strategy: Brainstorm hooks, headlines, and ad creatives that stop the scroll.
- Reporting: Track KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CPM) and create weekly performance reports.
Who We Are Looking For:
- The Learner: You have a basic understanding of how Facebook Ads Manager or Google Ads works (Certifications are a plus, but curiosity is better).
- The Analyst: You aren’t scared of Excel sheets or looking at data to find patterns.
- The Creative: You understand what makes people click and can write decent ad copy.
- The Hustler: You are self-driven, detail-oriented, and want to build a career in Performance Marketing.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with conversion tracking, retargeting, and funnel optimization.
- Understanding of sales funnels and lead generation campaigns.
- Basic knowledge of automation tools and CRM integrations.
