🚨 We're Hiring: Media Buyer (Real Estate Focus)

We are a growing performance marketing agency and we are looking for a serious, experienced Media Buyer who generates real results — not just impressions.
If you can answer "what was your CPL and how did you improve it?" with actual numbers, keep reading.

What you will do:
→ Run Meta & Google Ads campaigns for real estate clients
→ Own CPL, ROAS and lead quality end-to-end
→ Test creatives, audiences and landing pages continuously
→ Set up full tracking — Pixel, CAPI, GA4, GTM
→ Weekly reporting with clear data and insights

You must have:
✓ 3+ years of hands-on paid media experience
✓ Strong Meta Ads expertise — campaigns, not just boosting posts
✓ Lead generation background (real estate = big plus)
✓ Numbers-driven mindset — you know your CPL and ROAS
✓ Fluent in both Hindi and English — written and spoken, both equally strong
