Roles & Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube).
- Drive daily optimization of key performance metrics such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates.
- Take ownership of end-to-end campaign management, including setup, budgeting, scaling, and performance improvement.
- Contribute to creative ideation, working closely with design/content teams to develop high-converting ad creatives.
- Build and execute data-driven media plans aligned with client goals, funnel strategy, and target audience.
- Conduct regular account audits to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and new growth opportunities.
- Analyze campaign performance and translate data into actionable insights and strategic decisions.
- Manage client communication, including performance discussions, expectations, and growth planning.
- Prepare and present weekly/monthly performance reports with clear insights and next steps.
- Continuously test and optimize through A/B testing, audience experiments, and campaign structuring.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and platform updates in performance marketing and D2C ecosystem.
🧠 What We’re Looking For
- Experience handling real budgets (not just ₹500/day campaigns)
- Strong understanding of D2C metrics — CAC, MER, LTV, contribution margin
- Ability to think beyond platform dashboards and understand business impact
- Hands-on experience with Meta & Google Ads
- Someone who can connect creatives + targeting + data
- Comfortable with ownership and accountability
