About the RoleMy Virtual Mate is seeking a performance-driven Media Buyer with hands-on experience in Google Ads and Facebook (Meta) Ads. This role is ideal for someone who understands the full paid media lifecycle, from campaign setup to optimization and scaling, and can consistently deliver measurable ROI.
You will be responsible for managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across multiple client accounts, ensuring performance targets are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, create, and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for conversions, CPA, and ROAS
- Implement A/B testing for creatives, copy, and landing pages
- Manage budgets and allocate spend effectively across campaigns
- Set up and track conversions using tools like Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel
- Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights and performance reports
- Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to improve ad performance
Requirements- Proven experience managing Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns
- Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS)
- Experience with tracking tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Experience managing multiple accounts and budgets
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
Nice to Have- Experience with e-commerce or lead generation campaigns
- Familiarity with landing page optimization and CRO
- Experience with other platforms (LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads) is a plus
