We’re Hiring: Media Buyer

Salary: ₹30,000 to ₹1,00,000 per month, depending on experience and skills
Lunar Wave LLC is looking for a driven and analytical Media Buyer to join our performance marketing team.
This role is ideal for someone who understands Meta Ads, enjoys analysing campaign performance, and wants to build a long-term career in performance marketing and e-commerce.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, launch, and manage advertising campaigns on Meta
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, CPA, ROAS, and profitability
- Test different creatives, audiences, offers, and campaign structures
- Analyse creatives and identify winning hooks, angles, and formats
- Coordinate with video editors, designers, and creative strategists
- Prepare daily performance reports and campaign updates
- Reduce budgets or pause underperforming campaigns
- Scale winning campaigns based on performance data
- Conduct audience, competitor, and creative research
- Maintain campaign trackers and document key learnings
Requirements
- Good understanding of Meta Ads Manager
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working with numbers, spreadsheets, and performance data
- Understanding of metrics such as CPM, CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rate
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Willingness to learn, experiment, and take ownership
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience or internship in media buying or digital marketing
- Experience managing Meta advertising campaigns
- Understanding of e-commerce and direct-response advertising
- Ability to identify strong ad creatives, hooks, and customer angles
- Basic knowledge of Shopify and Google Sheets
