Position: Performance Marketer / Media Buyer 💻
📍 Location: Remote/Hybrid (Chennai Preferred)
🗓 Duration: 5 Days per Week

Key Responsibilities:
Media Buying & Campaign Execution:
🔹 Plan, launch, and optimize high-budget Facebook ad campaigns to drive maximum ROI.
🔹 Utilize advanced targeting, ad formats, and bidding strategies for peak performance.
🔹 Implement and refine high-converting sales funnels for premium clients.
🔹 Scale campaigns profitably while maintaining efficiency at high spend levels.
🔹 Continuously test and optimize creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages.
Team Leadership & Management:
👥 Manage, mentor, and upskill a team of junior media buyers to enhance performance.
🎯 Set clear performance KPIs and ensure the team delivers strong campaign results.

Budgeting & Market Strategy:

Data-Driven Optimization & Reporting:
📑 Track, analyze, and optimize campaigns daily/weekly to meet KPIs.

Qualifications:
✔️ 2+ years of hands-on experience managing high-budget Facebook ad campaigns (₹1Cr+ per month).
