Role Overview
We are looking for a highly analytical and performance-oriented Media Buyer with hands-on experience in programmatic advertising and DSP platforms. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling campaigns across multiple DSPs while delivering strong ROI and campaign performance.
The candidate should be comfortable working with large datasets, campaign analytics, attribution platforms, and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize programmatic campaigns across DSP platforms
- Execute campaigns across Display, Video, Native, Mobile App, and CTV inventory
- Monitor campaign pacing, delivery, CTR, CPI, CPA, ROAS, and other KPIs
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable optimization recommendations
- Work closely with account managers, publishers, and operations teams to ensure smooth campaign execution
- Manage audience targeting, retargeting, geo-targeting, device targeting, and frequency strategies
- Identify quality traffic sources and scale profitable campaigns
- Troubleshoot campaign delivery, tracking, and attribution issues
- Prepare performance reports and client-facing insights
- Coordinate with creative teams for ad specifications and asset requirements
- Stay updated with latest trends in programmatic advertising and ad-tech ecosystem
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in media buying using DSP platforms
- Strong understanding of programmatic advertising ecosystem
- Experience with platforms such as:
- DV360
- The Trade Desk
- Yahoo DSP
- Moloco
- Liftoff
- Other programmatic buying platforms
- Knowledge of CPM, CPC, CPI, CPA, ROAS, VTA, attribution models, and conversion tracking
- Experience with MMPs such as:
- AppsFlyer
- Adjust
- Branch
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Good understanding of mobile app marketing and performance campaigns
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and campaign reporting
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience running app install and performance campaigns
- Experience in CTV and OTT buying is an added advantage
- Familiarity with fraud detection and traffic quality analysis
- Basic understanding of tracking pixels, JS tags, and ad serving technologies
