About the role:
Magnon Group is looking for a Media Associate with 2–4 years of experience in digital media to support the execution and management of branded media campaigns. This role will focus on planning, launching, monitoring, and optimizing campaigns across major digital advertising platforms while ensuring strong performance and measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and manage branded media campaigns across platforms such as Meta and Google.
- Set up campaigns including audience targeting, budget allocation, ad formats, and tracking parameters.
- Monitor campaign performance on an ongoing basis and optimize based on key metrics such as CTR, CPC, conversions, and ROAS.
- Support media planning by assisting in platform selection, audience targeting strategies, and budget distribution to meet campaign objectives.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations to improve campaign outcomes.
- Analyze campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization.
- Coordinate with internal teams including strategy, creative, and account management to ensure smooth campaign execution and timely delivery of assets.
- Ensure campaigns are launched accurately, adhere to timelines, and meet defined KPIs.

Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in digital media buying, paid media, or performance marketing.
- Hands-on experience with advertising platforms such as Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Strong understanding of campaign execution, optimization, and digital media metrics.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and translate insights into actionable improvements.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
