We are looking for a Media Analyst with strong experience in political media and social media analysis to track narratives, monitor trends, and generate actionable insights from news and digital conversations. The role requires someone who understands the political ecosystem, media behaviour, and public sentiment across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
• Monitor and analyse political coverage across TV, print, digital, and social media platforms
• Track narratives, emerging issues, sentiment shifts, and opposition activity in real time
• Prepare daily media briefs, trend reports, and analytical summaries for leadership and strategy teams
• Analyse social media conversations across platforms like X, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and WhatsApp trends
• Identify influencers, key opinion leaders, and high-impact narratives within the political ecosystem
• Support campaign and communication teams with data-backed media insights and recommendations
• Coordinate with research, digital, and war-room teams for rapid response and narrative tracking
Requirements
• 4–6 years of experience in core media monitoring, political communication, or social media analysis
• Strong understanding of the Indian political landscape and news ecosystem
• Experience with media monitoring and social listening tools
• Ability to analyse large volumes of media content and extract meaningful insights
• Excellent reporting, presentation, and analytical skills
• Strong command of English and Hindi communication
