Lead Impact Evaluation

To my understanding, the lead-impact evaluation position is a cross-functional strategic leadership role responsible for strengthening the organisation's data and evidence ecosystem. It involves developing and reviewing the theory of change, impact strategy, and impact evaluation tools such as RCTs and baseline, midline, and end-line studies, which essentially measure program success. Besides researching and handling data, this position involves translating insights into actionable strategies that help make informed decisions. It also involves guiding and mentoring a team of analysts and researchers, partnering with academic institutions and research organisations, and efficiently communicating findings to a broad spectrum of stakeholders and collaborators, including government partners and funders. Given Medha's scale and focus on youth employability in Tier II, III, and IV cities, I believe I can add so much value to this role. With over 6+ years of experience in program design, monitoring, and stakeholder engagement, especially in Medha, I see this as an excellent opportunity to combine field experience with data-informed insights.
