The Role:
We’re looking for a strong, versatile Talent Acquisition Partner to help scale our technical and business teams. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the full recruitment cycle from finding new and creative ways to attract talent, positioning Medely as an attractive employer, walking candidates through our interview process, and negotiating offers. Your focus will always be on creating the best possible candidate experience as well as finding the best quality talent. This role sits at the intersection of Product & Engineering, G&A and Go-to-market teams, requiring a strong understanding of diverse roles and the ability to tailor recruiting strategies for each.
