Your future duties and responsibilities
Manage Microsoft Intune for Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android
Lead Intune architecture, tenant configuration, and best practices
Manage device enrollment (Autopilot, BYOD, COPE, COBO)
Configure and maintain Configuration Profiles, Compliance Policies, and Device Restrictions
Implement Endpoint Security policies (AV, Firewall, Disk Encryption)
Package and deploy Win32, MSI, Store, and LOB applications
Manage application lifecycle, updates, detection rules, and remediation
Implement Windows Update for Business (WUfB) and feature update strategies
Configure Conditional Access and Zero Trust controls
Implement BitLocker and compliance reporting
Create automation using PowerShell scripts and Proactive Remediations
Perform deep-dive troubleshooting for enrollment, policy conflicts, app failures
Analyze logs (Intune, Event Viewer, MDM diagnostics)
Handle escalations from L1/L2 support teams
Lead migration projects from SCCM, GPO, or third-party MDM tools to Intune
Support co-management (SCCM + Intune) scenarios
Drive continuous improvement and modernization initiatives
Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and KB articles
