Education
• ITI / Diploma in Mechatronics Engineering.
Experience
• Proven experience in mechanical installation, assembly, and site execution.
• Experience handling machines, equipment erection, and commissioning activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Mechanical Installation & Assembly:
• Lead mechanical installation, machine vision equipment erection, and machine. assembly
activities for the label /paper inspection system.
• Perform sub-assembly and final assembly with proper alignment and levelling.
• Handle rigging and lifting operations in compliance with safety standards.
• Support commissioning and start-up activities at the site and the shop floor.
Site & Execution Management:
• Ready to travel to on-site places frequently.
• Supervise shop floor and site installation activities.
• Coordinate with engineers, clients, and vendors for smooth execution.
• Ensure adherence to drawings, BOM, SOPs, and work instructions.
• Prepare and maintain site and assembly reports.
Technical Expertise:
• Read, interpret, and execute work based on mechanical drawings and BOM.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and resolve mechanical issues during installation.
• Conduct basic quality checks to ensure compliance with standards.
Tools, Safety & Quality:
• Effective use of hand tools and power tools.
• Ensure 5S practices.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and safety.
Material & Inventory Management:
• Manage procurement of mechanical materials and tools from local vendors.
• Maintain inventory of mechanical components, tools, and consumables.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment to avoid delays.
• Coordinate with the store/warehouse for proper storage and availability of materials.
Leadership & Work Ethics:
• Guide and support technicians and helpers.
• Strong team coordination and communication skills.
• Good time management, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
• Punctual, disciplined, and responsible work approach.
• Willingness to work on the shop floor and project sites as required.
• Coordination with the company internally and externally.
